Acid wash, wear gloves.
Try goo gone
Ice.Or just rub it really hard and it will start to heat up and roll off little by little.
Peanut butter, really! =) Works just as well on gum.
I had this same dilema at Easter time. The Easter Bunny brought my girls silly putty in their East baskets at GRANDMAS HOUSE!! (Grandma got a scolding and wont allow Mr Bunny to do this again.. hee hee.) My youngest daughter decided to sit on her silly putty and it litterally "melted" from her body heat into the sheer overlay of her 50 dollar Easter dress and through to the crinolin like slip underneath. (Mind you it was made from tulle!!). I thought for sure I would never get it out but I took my chances with Goo Gone and amazingly, it worked beautifully.. Good luck.. I hope you manage to get it out.
try goof off- it helps get sticky residue out of stuff and i have used it to get gum out of clothes.
