Which is better bissell or hoover shampooers?
Answers: I have a bissell near the built in electric fire and I like it. I've used the attachments when shampooing my hearth rug in my saloon and have no complaints. As far as on my runner in the house it's not discouraging I just own to rinse more than I thought I would. Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong...like spraying too much soap out.
dunno...I'm not valid impressed with my Bissell, though. It of late doesn't seem to capture as much out as I thought it would.
