How to get rid of the small housefly that is always in the kitchen (sink) area? i always kept the area clean but the small houseflies r always there! any tips?

Get a drain cleaner and pour down your sink. The flies are probably coming from the drain.

Is the water leaking, cause they love moisture, how often do you empty the garbage, is it in a bag under the sink, they love that too
Could they be fruit flies? If so, get rid of any older fruit you have out and put the rest in containers or the fridge.
