How do I rinse my pillows short making them lumpy?

We usually just rinse them like any other point in the wash machine and dry them surrounded by the dryer. But we are sick of them getting lumpy and having such a complex time trying to re-situate the fuzz inside. Does anyone have any flowing fixes for lumpy pillows? :)

Answers: Air Dry or put tennis balls within dryer.
