I actually get indoor house paint out of carpet (medium pile) 1 year after it get into the fibers. I used... RUBBING ALCOHOL. I sprayed it on the carpet & worked it into the fibers. Then I took a doubled hip bath towel & stompped on it with my body mass. I continued this until most all of the green paint be out of my carpet. I next followed up with a spray of alcohol & Resolve foaming spray. I used my hand & worked it into the carpet & blotted it as dry as I could. There is NO evidence of the paint contained by my carpet.
