Is near a home remedy to hang on to cats from wanting to shift potty on the floor?

I've heard that near are products you can buy to spray on the carpets to deter cats from using the floor as a toilet, but I own two small children, so I don't want to use anything that might be harsh. And it's not that my cat does it adjectives the time, just occasionally. But any way, I'm sick of scrub carpets out! I don't know why she does it, her box is other kept up, but she does it anyways!

Answers:    The most common motivation a cat will not use its litter box...
Because the litter box is dirty - from the cat's viewpoint, not yours. Cats repeatedly react to any type of stress by suddenly urinating or defecating outside the litter box. The stress may be cause by a new cat contained by the neighborhood; children home on vacation; too masses cats in the house; your going away on time off or a new piece of furniture. Urinary tract problems also bring cats to urinate in places except the litter box. Any sudden change contained by elimination behaviour should be discussed with your veterinarian.

Prevent House Soiling
Until your cat is reliably house trained, she should not own free run of your home. If your cat continually makes mistakes, the behavior can simply become a way. Punishing a cat after the fact teach her to be afraid of you. Scolding and then taking the cat to her litter box after she have already eliminated teach her to associate the litter box with punishment. Basically, punishment doesn't work next to cats: prevention and praise for getting it right are the keys to training. When you resign from the house for any length of time, your cat should be confined to a single room, preferably one with non-porous floors, such as a kitchen, bathroom, utility room, subterranean vault or garage. Provide your cat with a bowl of wet and a warm place to sleep at one call a halt of the room and a freshly cleaned litter box at the other end. Until the house soiling have been cured, your cat should own a regular feeding programme so she will develop a corresponding elimination agenda. Read more on how cats learn.

The Litter Box
Your cat does not simply involve a litter box - she needs a verbs litter box with fresh litter. Your cat will be inhibited from using her litter box if it smells of urine. Think something like it from the cat's viewpoint. When she soils your dining room mat, the area is directly and thoroughly cleaned. Given the choice between a regularly cleaned place and a litter box that gets changed simply once or twice a week, your cat will naturally prefer the mat.

I looked this up for you, so i don't think you should use anything on your floors. It's only the cat's behaviour, something to do beside it's urinary tract or your cat is very fussy beside it's litter box. Hope this helps?
Urinary track infection, any take the cat to the vet for a early fixes or buy cat food that helps beside the urinary infections (which the vet will tell you to buy anyway.)
put kitchen cleaner where on earth they go on the floor. should preserve them away wit the smell.
YES! There is a Multi-Cat kitty litter you can buy. It's for people that have more then one cat within the house. It is usually the male cats that do this. It's a nouns dominance thing near cats. If you have two manly cats then receive rid of one of them and this will stop.
Look inside your kitty's ears and she if they look dark reflective inside. Could be ear mites. I had a cat that chose another location for bathroom purposes. I get tired of cleaning so I took my cat to the vet. She had ear mites which made it difficult for my kitty to construct it to the litter box. Until then may I suggest you move the litter box to the site she is using in recent times to cut down on the cleaning.
