Alternative methods of cleaning mildew?

I would like to know a method for killing the nasty stuff that is not toxic to me, as well. Most store products are seriously nasty themselves? Any "natural" methods?

Answers:
Sorry, but a little bleach goes a long way. Can you convince yourself to think of bleach as natural? Also, I recommend placing a fan on the damp areas to dry them out before mold forms. This also prevents your bathroom mirrors from fogging up when you take a shower.

Other answers:
For molds, toxic or not, you really need to use bleach. If it is a serious problem in your home, you need to find where it is coming from because it can cause some serious health issues.

the only one i know is bleach. and it's not toxic to you as long as you don't swallow it.
You can use natural Tea tree oil to kill mould but I prefer the good old scrub brush and bleach merhod myself.

See the following site regarding Tea tree oil:
Options:

1. Bleach the area
2. Burn the area
3. Apply High-Voltage Electricity to the area
4. Pile heaping mounds of Dirt onto the area
5. Saw off the mildew
