I have blonde laminate flooring, when it be put in, nearby was a small bleached-out indicate on it, it has gotten lighter over the years, almost white, how can I remove it? Its around the size of half of stick of gum so its really conspicuous. I had a rug over it, but very soon I need to put up for sale the house, is there a crayon of some sort that can cover it?

Sounds close to a defect within the flooring, theres nothing you can do give or take a few it sorry...:)
Get a little bit of stain that match the floor and stain over it. That should do the trick. You may have to endow with it several coats.
