What is the best detergent for grass stains and should you soak contained by hot or cold?
Answers: cold! hot sets the stain, never use hot water. also, if the stain doesn't come out the first time, don't dry the item, the stain will set consequently also. i would use a spot treatment such as "Shout" and then use your regular detergent, also "Oxyclean" is really apt at getting stains out... often time grass stains come out but depart a yellow stain remaining, white vinegar is obedient to get this stain out. i would try different combos and see what works best for you, but remember to not tolerate it sit too long and don't use heat. angelic luck!
There is some stuff i get at the dollar store, its call Awesome Orange. I pretreat bad stains near that full strength just spray it on in that and let it soak for a partially hour and then clear up as normal, the stains should come right out.
AND its with the sole purpose a Dollar!
It comes in an red spray bottle, there are a few different version of it, most of them have Awesome contained by the name.

Rub Tide on the knees and permit the pants sit for 10 minutes. Then tolerate he pants sit contained by hot water and bleach.
To remove grass stains, mop the area near rubbing alcohol or diluted hydrogen peroxide before wash. Or, try putting liquid dishwashing detergent on the stain, consent to sit for ten minutes then rinse.:)
I use Tide but I always spray next to spray 'n wash . I don't usually soak it first but you call for to check before you put it surrounded by the dryer and if necessary repeat and wipe up again. Once it goes contained by the dryer, i'ts too late!
