Good Luck!!
try hair spay on it, as long as you haven't put it contained by the dryer. I used to have to wear uniform shirts made of the same yard goods, and we had to maintain pens surrounded by the pockets, I always forgot to close the pen, my boss told me about the fuzz spray, and it worked. Good luck!
Take 1/4Th cup of rubbing alcohol and 1/2 cup of water, and run it through it, donate a few squirts of dawn for dishes(or doesn`t matter what you use for dishes) and gently rub and rinse within warm wet. If you see that it is almost gone try a few drops of alcohol on a cloth and rub gently on the stain. and rinse.
Alcohol will cart pen out,
bar of Lava soap will do it BUT MUST question paper on inside hem first to make sure it will not remove the shirt's color. Polyester & nylon typically are color fast unless it be stamped on print.
