Answers:    brasso most super market have you cant pummel it
that's called patina if its of any importance don't clean it soap and dampen is all you entail or you'll lose its value
Try flux i use it for plumbing and when it go on copper pipe and it is rubbed off the tube is delicate and clean. But kind sure you polish it up and rub all the flux bad as it will go green. accurate luck.
one of the best things I have found to use a cleaner call MAAS.........not sure where you are but contained by the USA you can get it most places Walmart etc etc........and much nicer to use than brasso.

regard
ketchup. seriously.
Salt and lemon juice and use a soft duster to rub the oxidation out. Follow up with copper pollish.
Yes goldens undeniably right, brasso. What i usually do after cleaning copper or even alluminium appliances or work surfaces, is rub some baby grease on afterwards, to preserve the shine.
soak in coca cola over hours of darkness
As someone else just mentioned............ Be especially careful beside this one. You could ruin it if you clean it next to the wrong solution.
Soap and water is adjectives you should need. Be hard-working with that too as seriously of the detergents now contain additives for nice smelly stuff. Fairy juice original and a cloth.
verbs your copper with Brasso it will come up shining
I agree, Brasso works for me.
