Try "Simple Solutions" - cheaper than Nature's Miracle and works, In my opinion, 100xs better. Don't dilute the product - let it sit and soak in - Check room with black light to spot any areas (such as baseboards, cabinets) that u may have missed.

get the air fresheners ..the ones you plug in ..i did that and after a while I just forgot about that smell .. if the dogs is not around anymore it should go away!!
Petsmart and Petco sell a Urine odor remover try that, but I think the odor has penetrated the Pergo and the grout this may take many treatments to get the smell down to something you can live with.
Use Simple Solution, which can be found at PetSmart and follow the instructions to the letter. Also, as a side note, did you not realize what you were getting into by getting a puppy? They pee, that's what they do until they are housetrained. It was both irresponsible and foolish of you not to consider these things before bringing another life into your home. Shame on you.
Don't use any cleaner with ammonia as an ingredient.It is just adding to the smell.When we are having problems with our pets they will be attracted to any area/item that resembles that ammonia smell[of urine].Clothes washed in Javex will be a target ,also.Try Pine Sol.Vets use it for clean up.So do I.Good luck.
