try getting a spray bottle of "409" or "fantastic" with bleach. Spray it on the arm pits -- kind of like a pretreatment before you do laundry
If the stain is fresh, sponge the area with ammonia. Pre-soak in cold or warm water, then wash it in the hottest water safe for the fabric. If it's an old stain, dampen the area and sprinkle it with meat tenderizer, or pepsin. Let it stand for an hour, brush it off and then wash. For a persistent odor, sponge the area with colorless mouthwash.
You could try bleaching just the portion that is stained. For your other clothes, next time before it goes in the wash, use shampoo and bush off before puttin it in the wash. Works for collars too.
Clorox bleach pen, I noticed it's not as harsh as bleaching with liquid bleach all the time
