What to use to remove ink stains from clothing thats already been washed & dried?

My hubby decided to do the laundry on Mother's day for me; unfornately he didnt empty his pockets so a pen exploded in the washer & got dark blue ink on EVERYTHING!

I rewashed the clothes using OxyClean but it didnt do a bit of good, is it too late to save these clothes? We had just bought them all less than a week before :(

Don't give up yet! OxyClean works great on some stains...
Try this

" Rub glycerin into area; let stand fifteen to twenty minutes, and wash with dishwashing detergent. Or spray with inexpensive hair spray, and flush with water. "

If that doesn't work see the two online charts which I have printed from Martha Stewart (I keep copies laminated in my laundry room!)

did you try alcohol, wisk. or tide.
cheep hair spray. I did the same thing to my wife. it took a bit of scrubbing but it worked.
I believe the RIT Dye people offer a few products for serious stains like ink or blood. Look for them in the same section as dyes and laundry supplies. If this doesn't work, you might be able to dye some of your clothes a darker color to minimize the stain.

Putting the inked-up clothes in the dryer probably set the stain, so don't expect miracles. A professional dry cleaner may be able to extract some of the ink, or you might have some luck with a steamer and a lot of detergent and elbow grease.
Hairspray will get it out. I know because it has happened to my clothing a number of times. Don't give up on your clothes yet - try the hairspray, it works. Thank you for your question.
Hairspray will only work if its not a lot of ink in the clothing.
pray ;-)
Butane works (lighter fuel)......i know it sounds dangerous.......just use common sense when doing it. just soak the affected area, for about 5-10 minutes, and rinse. I know this because my husband has a habit of leaving his pens in his expensive shirts pocket......
If they have been dried in the dryer, you may not have a chance. Try hairspray, wash in cold water, check to see if it is working, you may have to do it several times.
