I just bought a new tank top saturday. When I put it on this morning the strap snapped. I can pin it with a safety pin, but I would rather fix it to where I don't get aggravated by the pin. I have never sewn anything... What can I do?

return it to the store. if you don't have the receipt to return it back to the store/decide to keep tank top, find someone who is good at sewing & have them teach you. Otherwise, use the all-purpose problem-fixer good for everything from repairing wallets to wrapping packagages ----DUCT TAPE!

get the same color cotton and a needle and have a go at sewing you will quickly learn how to sew. go on have a go.

If you don't trust yourself to sew it, take it to an alterations shop. It shouldn't cost much more than 2 or 3 dollars.
