How do you get rid of perspiration stains on clothes?

Any good ideas?

1 part water & 1 part white vinegar ; rub some baking soda on the stain & wash as usual .

bleach for whites and maybe use a laundry stain remover or carpet spot spray solution or ammonia in your laundry... don't mix the bleach with the ammonia though, creates toxic fumes.
