Answers: Inexpensive silver jewelry cleaner (liquid) is fast and unproblematic. Dip the jewelry and then rinse beneath cool water. Polish next to soft cloth to bring back that shine.
You could also purchase a small polishing cloth. The cloths own one side that contains the cleaner and the other side that is a buffer. Just rub the jewelry near the cleaning side and polish with the buffing side. Downside is that it is time consuming, take work, and sometimes leave your fingers black (like when you hold a tabloid and the ink rubs off). The black washes right rotten though.
