Answers:    draw from sum goo gone. it will take it right stale
goo gone and nail polish remover are both great suggestions, but on a red runner you'll want to be careful. you don't want to ruin the red material of the carpet.

dilute the hell out of it and steal your time. if you rush your carpet will look worse than it did next to the black nail polish contained by it.

i suggest you don't do it yourself. unless you can dilute and dab very well.
