Answers: if your serious then you can run 5 day courses within various aspects of trade work similar to plumbing, plastering, kitchen/bathroom fitting, painting/decorating, tiling, these are the basic ones you inevitability forget electrics you are not allowed to touch them unless you fully qualified equal goes for gas, but the above courses should tender you a starting point and you can progress from there and you will swot up the right way to do things not the d.i.yer course, its down to practice you're not going to be perfect overnight it take a while but you should be able to finish a relatively high standard once you own finished a particular course and the better the finish on your house/project the more money you will bring you can always share if the house has be worked on by someone in the know or someone trying to blag it so get hold of some proper training and you should do all right
suitable luck
