need to find who buys and reconstruct Mobile homes damages by hurricanes?

Answers:
This question has gone a week without an answer. I would talk to local mobile home dealers. They are likely the best source for this type of information.

My guess is that there are very few mobile homes that are reconstructed, especially older ones. Most insurance companies simply write them off as total losses. Parts are proprietary and are usually very expensive.

Minor damage may be able to be fixed and this may present a unique opportunity to make some money.

Good luck with your search.
