I know in that are insulation and non-insulation can lights. Are recessed lights out of danger to use?

I get paranoid almost these things. Even though I bought can lights to put up, is it safe to put insulation right up subsequent to it even though it is rated that it can be?

Answers:    Building codes ebb and flow from area to nouns but generally speaking, if the can are IC (Insulation Contact) then it is rate safe to be right up close and personal next to insulation. But this is not to say that insulation should stir on TOP of the can. They are safe if installed properly.

Another designation you will find near these lights is "air tight". This relationship will explain in more detail.
Yes, as long as they own the insulation rating. If you have doubts, verbs the insulation back from the fixture. These lights are installed surrounded by many homes in need problems.
