Im trying to hang up some shirts, tape didnt really work, what are some other good ways w/o damaging the wall?

Put them on clothes hangers, put a nail in the wall where you want the shirt to go, then hang the hanger on the nail. The clothesline idea is good too.

I can't think of the name of them but they have these new little hooks you can buy at wal-mart or other retailers and they have an adhesive on the back that won't damage walls. You push a little thing in it and it stays and to take it off you pull the little plastic thing out. They are really good. Sorry to be so vague on it.
Try those little push pins, you may only be able to put it through the back of the shirt, the whole shirt may be to thick. The hole that causes shouldn't be big enought to damage a wall.
Why are you trying to hang shirts up on your wall? To dry or for decoration? Try getting an indoor closeline, or try using stick adhesieve, that won't damage walls if you buy the right kind.
You have to damage the walls. Pound nails in attractive patterns all around your walls, don't forget the high parts and the low parts. then hang each of your shirts on one nails, arranging the colors so that they make appealing patterns for you. You can even make some of the shirts be friends and hold "hands" with each other.
You can frame them.
Or you could use thumbtacks.
The hooks someone else mentioned are made by 3M I think and they have removable adhesive that doesn't damage the walls, to take them down you pull a tab at the bottom and it makes the hook come right off. I can't remember the exact name but if you go to a store like target or walmart you should be able to find them either near the tape or in the hardware section.
