I've been googling for some window treatment that is really different.?

I want something really shocking and special. Actually I'm leaning to bright and shiny aluminum lilac/purple blinds. Anyone have any suggestions as to where I could find them?

I just painted the room with several shades of lilac and I have a wonderful large ocean view that I don't want to hide. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. susana.

OK! I do bead-work,mostly jewelry. But, my daughter loves Betty Boop. So I took a cross stitch pattern and modified it to make her a curtain for her window! The up side is she loves it & everyone who sees it wants one! The down side is it took me 3 months to design & make it.
THE UP SIDE OF WHAT YOUR WANTING IS THIS... it could be easily done in a simple pattern including all your colors AND no-one else would have a window treatment anything like yours!
Good Luck, Pandora

try using organza - it will provide you with some privacy but you will be able to still see the ocean also it is very romantic and it will billow in the wind

check out shower curtains, they generally have a fun and funky selection. Or make your own from fabric remnants at the craft store.
