Because you do not state where you are, you make it difficult for anyone to give you an estimate. Labor rates vary from country to country and from state to state. One GC in LA may have to pay his guys $4/hour more than a GC in Anytown, USA.
Besides that, we don't know the condition of the wallpaper or how it was applied, which affects how easy/difficult it is to take off... and we don't know if you have cathedral ceilings anywhere, or 8' ceilings or 14' ceilings, which dramatically changes the amount of time it would take to paint a room.
Your BEST bet is to just call local painting crews in your area and get them to do estimates for you.
