Okay, I have a nice sized room, and it used to be green, white, and purple. I have trim along the middle of my walls seperating the green and white walls. I have to maintain the trim, so I left the top partly painted white, then I painted the bottem partly white also. Me and my mom are going to paint the trim black, but what are some wall ideas. approaching what kindof design should I put on my walls, I don't want it to be just white. I thought nearly polka dots, but I don't know. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks!!

Use a textured paint treatment. Choose a flat paint color then choose alike color in a comment on but a lighter shade.
Use a disposable baby diaper to apply the reading light paint in blotches over the shadowy paint. This will give you a really cool textured effect.
I suggest a outstandingly slight effect.
Perhaps a mocha with a lighter mocha over the top. The effect should of late be a play on the eyes not some dramatic contrast between the two. You are after the differing of texture not of color so much.

you could paint stripes on one side of the wall. if you progress to www.deliahs.com they have this really cool black blue and white beside a little pink contained by it and its really cool you could look there for more ispiration.
