Don't do it, take out the wipe and then put down your underlayment for the laminate.
Dont install over wipe, use the underlay textile recommended, then cartridge the seams. Installing over wipe will cause the laminate to be capable of move and flex much more, causing premature wear and possibly breakdown.
The underpad used for carpet is too soft to be used as underlayment for laminate floors. Doing so would generate the floor "bouncier" to walk on and eventually head to the planks breaking in some place due to unnecessary bending.
You would want to attain the recommended underlayment for the floor you bought to make sure you're covered by the warranty as capably.
