If I would like to block my neighbor's view of my balcony, should I duct tape newspapers over her windows?

Put up some lattice around your balcony with some 'vine' type planters at the bottom that will eventually fill in the holes. It will be more pleasant to your eyes rather than looking at old newspapers on her window.
HA HA HA That is pretty funny........No, I don't think she will appreciate that, maybe you could get one of those shadecloths and hang it on her side of your balcony?!?! :D
What about spray paint? That way you could just spray it from your balcony and you wouldn't have to go anywhere near her windows.
Fill your balcony with beautiful container plants, on the floor and hanging. You'll love it and have privacy.
this is not russia, here you get arrested for things like that,, either go back to the mother land or grow up,, keep your nose in your medical books and leave the neighbors alone,,the KGB has big eyes!!
I would suggest that maybe put something other than newspapers up to block the view maybe a divider of some sort, make it decorative so that it is attractive to both you and her. But then again maybe the neighbor thinks that you are attractive and wants to get to know you better . Or maybe put up a clothes line and hang a sheet like you are letting it dry, or hang other clothes up so that it blocks the view.
Put up a latice or even get a swing type bench with a big cover/awning and tilt it back to block her window. That's what my parents did because the people behind us could see right into their master bedroom.
Yer soo funny! But no..I'd say don't waste yer duct tape..plus that's a pain in the a~s~s to get off once the tape get's crusty and it's rotted away to leaving just the adhesive glue and strings behind. (but I'm sure you'de go and scrap that off with a razor blade right? Um-hum!! So better yet...go down and by yourself a bamboo fence. You get it in the rolls. It's about 6 ft high then you can add trelis's in front it and plant pretty vines like a Passion vine and put in a garden for you to enjoy on yer little balcony...but that just would I would do...

Maybe she's not watching you like you think. She might just like looking out at nature, after all that is why we have windows, plus letting in light! Why would she care what you are doing? Is it illegal?
