I want to hand icicle christmas lights under the table cloths at my wedding reception. But how would i do this without wires going all over the room to outlets. Not all the tables are against the walls.

You can get the battery operated ones. The only problem I've had with them is that they don't last long and are hard to find out of season. But, just to use for a reception, get the long lasting batteries and they should stay lit for your event.
