I am building a new home and want to build smart Green choices. I would love to go adjectives the way but some green products are pricy! I am a first time home buyer and enjoy a limited budget. We upgraded to double paned window and more insulation. I can't make anymore construction upgrades because it have been started but it is time to pick out furniture/appliances/flooring. What are correct choices to make? What is the most imapctful??
