Is it better to built a house or to purchase a house?
Answers: It all depends on where on earth you live.
Buying a house is quick and undemanding. You may have to do some work to it also which will cost more. Also you are essentially stuck with the house layout which might not issue to you.
Building a house is right now around $100 to $130 per square foot to build. Not to mention the price of the property. The best entry about building is that it's what you want it to be. You choose the floor plan.
For both you should look at the resale possibilities. Make sure you know whether or not you plan on self there for the rest of your vivacity and whether or not you'll at least break even if you hold to sell it.
OMG, right in a minute you can buy one so much cheaper...You would be crazy IMO to build one now.
