I am trying to colorwash my walls with yellow paint. I am having a difficult time finding a contrasting yellow

I am trying to colorwash with yellow paint. All the different yellows I try as combinations seem to just blend together. I am using Glidden vanilla creme (soft yellow) as a base currently and have tried brighter yellows and tans with no luck.

Try a brownish gold. I did the same thing in my dining room. I started with "Newborn" and added "French Vanilla".
