I'd like 2 turn my gameroom into a playroom. I want as many shelves as poss..Who sells them already assembled?

They sell shelves already assembled!?!? Just kidding...very hard to come by though. But there is a thin line between 'shelves' and bookcases. Usually bookcases are sold as one already together piece. If you are using shelves in a kids recreational area/room/whatever...it is a very good idea to have them bolted to the wall. Mostly because of safety factors. You don't want to be the parent(s) that had a bookcase/shelf fall on their kid. Also...if the room is carpeted it causes a bigger risk because 9 times out of 10 the bookcase/shelf is going against a wall. The carpet always 'dips' against the wall and would cause any tall/narrow piece of furniture to become unstable. With kids u have to always keep safety on the mind.

I'm not sure of anyplace that sells them assembled but if you go to a furniture store most of the time they deliver and assemble for little to no extra charge.

I was wondering what age your children were? I noticed you said you didn't want to use nails or screws on the wall, but it might be a good idea to brace the shelves, especially since you want them so high. It could be dangerous for the little ones.
Also, I don't know where you live, but Ikea has really great storage solutions (including shelves).
i think it is better to get it made by a carpenter as per your wish and requirements.
