yea. To a very tall bathtub.
Sure if you have the room. If the area isn't big enough is there space that you could expand into? Maybe another room. You can always put a tub in if you have the room and hey if the pluming is there for a existing shower **bonus no need for new pluming just some minor tweaks and your set to go. Good Luck!
yes it can. where the floor is in the shower, you can either build up, or cut in to about a height / depth of 12 to 15 inches. there are actually enamelled metal baths that will fill that space. its like a square bath. if you want a shower, you just stand in the bath and have a shower. you will have to put in a pair of taps to fill that bath though. i would imagine you're looking at maybe all up including the plumber.........five hundred bucks.
Sure a shower can be (converted), the size of the shower unit is what would determine whether or not it can be done.
