I do this with pencil, paper and a ruler. I design (non-proffessionally) everything from forts and homes to cities. Then when I have several, all 3d from a birds eye view I sell them in galleries. No need to pay for SIMS. Way too expensive and all so complez and technical , also limiting your artistic expression.-take care and enjoy-t
