3 out of 4 of the nails holding my MP3 together hold fallen out. I realllyyy want to find unknown ones. Is there anywhere that sell nails surrounded by such a small size?

for your MP3 player they're probably screw and not nails. You can try radio shack, and the hardware department at Lowes or Home Depot. They both own a speciality hardware section presently.
If they are nails you can try the really small staple store.
