Answers:    i installed engineered wood onto a concrete slab, but applied a vapor barrier first. it be a rubberish type product that i troweled on--Bostik MVP--here's the link.

would recommend using an engineered hardwood fairly than a solid hardwood. engineered is more stable for applying onto concrete and won't warp, expand as much. good luck!
Zero. And you shouldn't epoxy resin directly to concrete. Put down a vapor barrier lying on the concrete. If your flooring isn't a floating type, you will need to install sleepers every 16".
Gluing directly to a concrete floor minus a vapor barrier will rot the wood contained by about 2.2 second.
I don't know of a way to infuse concrete to indubitable moisture content anyway, just to drizzling the surface.
