Answers: I would check out Home Depot or Lowe's. Bring your porthole measurements with you so you can at most minuscule can an accurate price. I don't know that you'll find something that will block light for below $20.00.
I think your best bet for what you are looking for is roman shades beside blackout lining. I enjoy them in one of my bedrooms and it make it unbelievably dark.
obtain regular vertical blinds or mini blinds and then put a blanket over them
Lowes or Home Depot provide black or dark colored miniblinds that hold on to out most of the light and are pretty cheap.
If you be willing to spend more or less $30 to $50 you could get wood slat blinds that do a much better brief of keeping out the insubstantial.
Home Depot or Lowes, cheap vinyl blinds. When they get dusty toss them out.
