Where can I find a stencil (or similar) for the patterns on the wall in the big brother house?

Grab a graphic off the website

Clean it up and enlarge on a Computer Paint Package like PSP

Print out, enlarge if needed on a photocopier.

Any good DIY store sells stencil material.

Cut your own. Far cheaper than buying, and you can get any size you want.
