Cost of blind barred enclosure?
Answers: We have one (Illinois), and the cost would be between $25,000 and $40,000. It would depend on the materials you use, whether you take windows or screen and what type, how much square footage you want built, electrical wiring, etc...
I enjoy never really seen a two story room, but I would interpret that would be much more costly as you'd need stairs (which are expensive), etc...
You should look lower than Sunrooms in the sickly pages and find builders located to hand your home. I also know I have see one company that is represented at Sams Club - I cogitate it's called Patio Enclosures.
Most village require you to get a certification and will also want to review blueprints. Our village come out during each stage of construction to check the foundation, electric, and structure.
