Answers:
Its the easiest technique. You can use any size sponge, dab into the paint, press on a board or paint tray to get excess paint off the sponge, then gently dab on the walls.
You might also do a practice run on a board to get the feel for it, and play with a few different colors.
You cant go wrong with it. Have fun.
