Opinions about "Vaasthu" indian art/science of construction of house?

Is it a science with details lost over millenia? or a Superstition?

Its part of ancient Indian science for constructions. Many people still follow this art/science while getting their houses designed. If you consider yoga and ayurveda as superstition then you can call VastuShastra a superstition also. It hails back to the same period as Yoga and Ayurveda and is well described in Indian Upnishads (Ancient Science Manuals) just like Yoga and Ayurveda.
