Tell him you enjoy another couple of quotes to get up to that time you decide and next phone a couple of plumbers to get an hypothesis.
Don't go near the first quote you get.
You should`ve get 3 different quotes from 3 different plumbers,I think they work on a set price for a standard bathroom but its other best to shop around.
