Anyone ever enjoy a moving Dutch auction?
I am gonna deal in my house. However, I am moving in near my parents and won't need alot of this furniture. i want to provide my bedroom set, living room set and stuff. . would i leave my house as is and consent to people freshly come in and look around?
Answers: Advertise the items near photos if possible. If ANYONE comes to your home, be sure that in attendance is someone else there beside you, and that you ask to see ID. Tell callers who ask to see items that you will want to see their ID for your own safekeeping. If they are legit, they will be fine with that.
Prepare to hold people drop by by putting away ANYTHING that looks valuable. Jewelery on the dresser, iPods, especially anything that might be jammy to scoop up and put your foot out with.
If you can, remove electronics (playstations, electronics, etc.) that would be appealing for someone to break in subsequent to get.
