Volleyball is fun and sports rooms are always nice to do, but maintain in mind that your daughter is a young person and might not want to keep the volleyball room too long earlier she wants it to be something else. The trouble beside theme rooms near that age group is they are CONSTANTLY changing their minds. Make sure she understand you are investing time, effort and $$$ into it and you arent going to swing it anytime soon; if she still likes the thought run wild!
Here are a couple of thinking:
Consider buying a used locker and painting it to clash the room. Your daughter can use this to store her sports equipment.
Using stencils in sports designs, build a painted border on the wall, perhaps a volleyball stencil.
Consider using wallpaper... here is a join for black and white striped volleyball wallpaper:

Consider using volleyballs to decorate. They can be slickly displayed on the wall with this:

Hang vollyeball ornaments within her window:

Hang a volleyball motion clock in her room:

Have a personalized volleyball flag done and hang it contained by her room:

Buy volleyball netting and use it instead of a window valance. This could eaisly be done.
I hope this help!
i would go for a independent base and next add more inexpensive things to spice it up. that channel when you want to change it around it will be smaller quantity expensive and much easier. try ikea they have great stuff for a low price. return with a duvet so it can be changed when she decides she doesnt close to it anymore. throw pillows and lamps are great to correct the look of a room. but keep it pretty simple.
