Rough costs of converting a Victorian church for residential use ?
I know any answer has get to be a rough estimate but if anyone can help present me an idea of the type of costs involved, it would be much appreciated.
Additional Details
Don't know if the following is enough to own a stab at an answer.
Church is market town chapel size and Grade II nominated. Will obviously require upstairs floor adding together and plumbing, electrics etc.
I'm not after a specific figure but more an model of the order of size involved e.g. 50K - no chance, 100K - for original house, 200K- for nice house.
Answers: You're not far out. There is no chance at 50k. 100k might a moment ago get within, but with category II listing the planners will require a accurate quality profession and may not allow some of your wish catalogue. Don't forget there a is separate planning procedure near listed buildings.
no its not you involve an estimate by a home inspector. dont EVER do a real estate contract without one
