Check out an IKEA or ikea.com. They have wine glass racks that you screw into the undersoide of the cabinent and then hang the glasses upside down. They are sinde white metal holders that hold maybe 8 glasses, I am not quite sure.
You want a slotted stemware rack, like the kind that hang suspended over bar countertops in bars and restaurants. I have had difficulty finding them, if you do locate one, please share with the forum where you found it. Good luck.
