What big-hearted of insulation should I use within my clean home?

I am building a house and I have 2" x 4" exterior walls. What humane of insulation should I use and what kind of insulation will administer me the highest R helpfulness? Thanks


Answers:    A friend of ours is a builder who does mostly green building with earth-friendly materials. He recommended that we use boron treated insulation when we build our untried house (which will be very soon.) It can be purchased for a temperate cost and it is very vitality efficient.
