Is there a paint to be precise low-voc or low in toxins that I can use to paint over my 70's linoleum fabricate brick floor?
Answers:
Most indoor quality floor paint are undisruptive to use provided you follow directions and ventilate as directed.
Make sure you follow precautions for primers, pretreatments, etc. I am not sure you will know how to get paint to stick to what you name linoleum. If it is actually lineoleum (cork treated next to linseed oil) you may achieve adhesion near proper pretreatment. If it is actually vinyl (polyvinyl chloride) sheet, sticking will be an issue.
