How do I generate my room more edgy?

My room is only pink and white. It have a lot of pottery barn furniture, and reminds me of a room thats outstandingly safe and boring. I really approaching the stores Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. And i love their decorations and style!!! How do I make my room that edgy and cool? Its small. And any paint colors within mind???

If you want a in one piece bedroom make over, try using Gold (it is a dull yellow) on the walls, Black furniture, Red Comforter with splashed of Olive green. You can paint adjectives your furniture yourself and if you have a nice comforter, enjoy someone help you create a red slip cover for it. Do the same for your Pillows using Yellowish Gold and red flowered yard goods on one, Olive Green plaid on another, and a one giant framed piece of artwork that has like mad of the same colors contained by it. I took dark forest green circlet and put it all around my ceiling and hung non-christmasy ornaments from it to include spice. I hung some 6 inches long and alternated with 12 inches contained by length will light brown twine.
