go to bizrate.com and search pieces you want and go by lowest price first. what you find may amaze you - I bought oak tables for $29 from KMart - made in Vietnam of course, free shipping bargains from Target.

it all depends on where you live but since i dont know that you can always shop online just yahoo or google it
Target. If you get on their mailing list, they are always sending out emails with discounts on home furnishings or free shipping.
Ikea does have some nice things and some good deals, but most of the furniture I've bought from them hasn't held up over time (but I have 5 kids who are hard on the furniture).
